That is why we offer you access to Academy Anywhere, the e-learning community for self-guided excellence in WHATS’ON.

Video tutorials: an online library to extend or deepen your knowledge
The library of online video tutorials answers frequently asked questions from users about certain features and functionality and allows to refresh a topic after a training or coaching session, or a Q&A Café.
If you have recommendations of your own regarding new topics for video tutorials, do not hesitate to mail them to academy@mediagenix.tv.

Q&A Café: monthly video conferencing sessions to learn and share with other WHATS’ON users
Every month (except for July and August), MEDIAGENIX customers meet online for an hour to watch a demo and share questions and answers concerning a particular module or base functionality.
People can suggest topics and ask questions beforehand.
After each Q&A Café the participants receive the minutes of the session complete with answers to questions that could not be provided within the session’s span and scope. Also included are a PowerPoint presentation of the topic and the link to the recording in the Academy Anywhere library.
